• Complicated background +$10 - $50
• Complicated details character +10% - 50% fee

• Character expressions (if it's necessary):NOTE• Please provide clear and complete character references (you may also include the character’s personality) to avoid missing important design details.
• If your character does not have a finalized design and you only provide multiple references and descriptions for me to create or complete the design, an additional 50% of the total commission price will be charged.
• Maximum 2 artworks per order.
• You may request up to 2 free revisions during the sketch stage. From the 3rd revision onward, an additional $5 per revision will be charged.
• Please review the artwork carefully during the base color stage, as only one revision is allowed at this stage. Once the artwork is completed, no further revisions will be accepted.If revisions are needed because I made a mistake or missed details from your references, they will not count toward the 2 free revisions and will not incur any additional revision fees.

WORKING PROCESS
• Based on brief that you send, I will inform you the price of your commission.
• Please pay 100% of the price to place the order (within 1 week).• Comm update: Order > Full Payment > Rough sketch > Fix & extra pay (If need) > Clean sketch > Scan > Base color > Full colorESTIMATED TURNAROUND TIME
• For sketch: 1-2 weeks
• For full color: 1-3 months
• Rush orders (deadlines shorter than the turnaround times above) will incur an additional 50% of the total commission price.ABOUT REFUND
Regardless of the reason for cancellation, refunds will be processed according to the following policy:
• Before sketch: 100%
• After sketch: 50%
• Clean sketch/Scan: No refundNOTE: You have NO USE of my artwork after cancel the order.If I am unable to complete the commission due to personal reasons, I will issue a full refund of the amount paid.RECEIVE COMMISSION
• You will receive digital scans of your artwork via email, including:
1. A high-resolution file without a watermark
2. A low-resolution file with a watermark
• I can ship original artworks worldwide (depending on your country). If you’d like to receive the physical artwork, please contact me in advance so I can check whether shipping is available. International shipping costs typically range from USD $20–40.TERM OF USE
• Please credit my name as tofu or @_tofuw when you upload artwork on social platform.
• We can both upload my artwork on social platform with credit the creator and the owner.
• If you want your commission private, please let me know beforehead. Privacy fee will be 50% commission price (for personal use only).
• DO NOT use my artwork for commercial purposes.COMMERCIAL COMMISSION PRICING
• Promotional artwork for a VTuber or brand: 2× the total commission price.
• Commercial License (the artwork may be used for commercial purposes, but ownership remains with the artist and the client may not claim ownership of the artwork): 3× the total commission price.
• Commercial License + Ownership Transfer (the client receives both commercial usage rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork, including the right to store, manage, and resell the original file if permitted under these Terms): 4× the total commission price.Copyright remains with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.
